Sean Fraser, CEO
As co-founder and CEO of Beaverbrook, Sean oversees the vision for the company, the business development, the creation and implementation of new systems within the company, and is the final reviewer for all technical work.
Prior to founding Beaverbrook, Sean worked as worked as an accountant for AEW Capital Management, one of the largest private equity investment managers in the world. He started his career as auditor at Deloitte & Touche, one of the Big 4 Accounting firms.
His educational background includes a MBA/MS in Accounting Dual Degree from Northeastern University, a graduate certificate from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Chinese from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
In his free time, Sean loves traveling the world, learning foreign languages, strength training, and spending time with his family.
Jiameng Fraser, COO
As co-founder and COO of Beaverbrook, Jiameng oversees all the technical and operational activities of the firm.
Prior to co-founding Beaverbrook, Jiameng worked as a fund accountant at BNY Mellon and a relationship manager at Bank of America.
Her educational background includes a MS in Finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Finance from Shenzhen University.
She also holds certifications both from Quickbooks and Bookkeeper Launch.
In her spare time, Jiameng enjoys playing pickleball, traveling the world, baking, and spending time with her family.
Tomas Omeir, CPA, Account Manager
Tomas Omeir is an Accounting Manager with more than a decade of experience in accounting and financial management. Before joining the team, Tomas served as a Senior Accountant at Omotayo CPA, where he prepared financial statements, managed bookkeeping for multiple clients, conducted account and bank reconciliations, and delivered accurate financial reporting to support better business decisions.
His background also includes accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial analysis, and experience with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
Outside of work, Tomas enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, learning about Japanese culture and language, and exploring new developments in technology and AI. A former professional fighting-game competitor, he still appreciates the strategy and competitive spirit of gaming. Most of all, Tomas enjoys connecting with people, sharing a good laugh, and building meaningful relationships.
Ligia Dalet Sanchez, Bookkeeper
Ligia supports Beaverbrook’s bookkeeping operations with experience in accounting, administration, and financial recordkeeping.
Prior to joining Beaverbrook, Ligia provided remote bookkeeping support using QuickBooks Online and Xero, where she categorized income and expenses, assisted with reconciliations, maintained supporting documentation, and helped with monthly bookkeeping. She has also handled collections, payment tracking, petty cash, and routine financial reporting.
Her professional background also includes administrative support, customer service, and sales, giving her strong organizational and communication skills. She is experienced with QuickBooks Online, Xero, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
In her spare time, Ligia enjoys dancing, cooking, spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. She also enjoys finding new ways to work more efficiently and support her teammates.
